I bought a phone at Markham fourways mall, I took insurance for my phone and three months later to find out my phone was not insured. I still got an invoice that says insurance require Yes, Cover Lev C7 Monthly Premiu R75.00 the other document says Cover Lev C1 monthly premiu R19.50. I've been waiting for the store manager to get back to me since february. I got robbed and I lost my phone on the scene now Markham is not helping me to solve this problem. The staff members at fourway are blaming me for not reciving proper documents for insurence, I don't work for Markham how must I surpose to know that I got proper documents?
