I've had a Truworths account for years and have a FANTASTIC payment record. Last month I made short payment of R175 as I didn't have my statement on hand at the time I paid via Internet. Today a very rude representative called me to make a "payment arrangemen"t for my Dec instalment and outstanding monies due on the 2nd January. I don't appreciate being spoken to / threatened this way, in fact once I've settled my account I intend to close it if this is how I get treated after years of loyalty. I also sent numerous comms to inform Truworths that I have been unable to log onto my account. No response. I also contacted Truworths re fashion deliveries of items that were nowhere to be found as per brochures. No response. Bye bye Truworths.
