I was asked to Fica my account ages ago and I did so at Edgars Northgate. I have used my account several times in the last few months with no indication that there was a problem.
Yesterday I tried to use my card at CNA, Boskruin and was told I had not Fica'd my account. I was furious.
I phoned Customer Care(wrong name-should be customer dont care) and was rudely told that my account had been suspended.
I have been an account holder for 35 years and bought merchandise Edgars all my life as my dad worked there for 35 years.
I am seriously considering closing my account.
