I purchased about R4000 worth of clothes at your Menlyn Park store on Sunday 8 Dec 2013 and the lady said that I must pay R300 that I went over on my account, which I paid in the store
Now - HALF PAST SIX AT NIGHT, when I am spending time with my family, you have the arrogance to call me in my private time to say that I am R300 in arrears
Get someone to call me from your "customer service" between 8 and 5 in the week and tell me why you are not up to date with your system and why you have not changed my debit order details
Don't for one second think I will be friendly if you phone me after hours and invade my privacy and time with my family so make sure you have someone with answers phone me!
