In 07/13 I placed an order for clothing and other items. When the items had not arrives from them in 09/13 i began mailing them. They assured me that my order had arrived in in SA, but Rock TS's database was corrupted. They assured me I would get my items before 10/13. Well it is 12/13, their website has gone 404, and they simply seemed to have vanished. However since the payments were made to a company called U4ria Software, i contacted them, and they have advised me to declare a dispute through my bank. they also sent numerous mails to Alistair and CC'd me, but Rock TS has gone missing. Is there anything i can do to get my money back?
