Debit order change to new bank account

Since August last year, I've repeatedly phone/email Virgin to update the debit order to the new banking details. I've also requested for the account to be changed in the name of my new business, Engenius Toys cc to Toy Adventures pty ltd. To date it hasn't been changed. The old bank acc is in the process of being closed. I cant afford that the debit order will not go through and my line will be cut due to Virgin's incompetency to change the banking details.
