I am frustrated with MTN Newton park. In November I went in to change my banking details with them, I provided all documentation requested as per themselves. I was told that the change will be implemented before my new debit order is due. It was not I had to go in every month after that its March now and still no update on banking details. I was phoned by MTN somewhere in February 2013 only to be told that the debit order on my old account was returning... YES I know that is what happens when you close an account. To top it all off my account is suspended because the paid my money into the wrong account. I went in for the 3rd time to pay cash due to their negligance, and then the guy that helps me pays my hard earned money into the wrong account, I was there on the 20th of March to bring this under their attention and still my phone gets cut off. I phoned the helpline only to be told I have to go there to sort it out. I MUST GO THERE AGAIN AFTER I HAVE BEEN THERE 6 TIMES TO SORT OUT ONE SIMPLE CHANGE IN BANKING DETAILS THAT ESCALTATED INTO MY ACCOUNT BEING CUT OFF BECAUSE THEY ARE EITHER NOT DOING THEIR JOB OR I AM JUST TO SMALL A CUSTOMER TO BOTHER WITH.
