Changed gym and still cannot sort out account

I changed from the Roodepoort gym to the Bryanston gym in June when the Bryanston gym opened. For some reason my debit order that been going off every month suddenly did not go off. I had to do an EFT and update my banking details (even thought there was not change) to be transferred.

The following month (July) again I get told that there is a problem with the debit order and I must update my details. This time I go into the gym with my details. The payment is made and a new debit order signed.

You will never guess but what happened in August... I need to go in and pay and update my debit order details.
