ACCOUNT DETAILS STILL NOT UPDATED ON SYSTEM

My husband changed his account details from a normal savings account to a cheque account with standard bank there for they had to change all the debit orders, they sent a requested to Edgars to change the details on their side 3 times nothing was done, we then get a rude letter stating that we owe money, which i paid the eft, we then were told to go to the nearest edgars which was eastgate to fill in the change of detail form with a copy of my husbands id and a letter from standard bank, and nothing was changed yet again, we then get another rude letter which i then replied via email on the 9/5/013 which i got a response on the 13/5 that i must supply them AGAIN with the documents that we originally supplied, on the 14/5 i replied to the lady the it is their duty to update the system, i then sent another email askin for the feed back on the 20/5 and yet i still have no reply the email addres where all these emails were sent through is [Email Removed] i am yet again going to get a rude email/letter stating that i owe money but yet they to blady lazy to update their system in order for the debit order to be done every month, THIS HAS STILL NOT BEEN SORTED SINCE 22 MAY 2013
