Incompetent Treatment

Hi Edgars
I have an account with you guys and I would like to complain about an ATROCIOUS SERVICE that I have received from Edgars Call Centre and Financial Department.
Details of my issue.
I changed banks from Absa to Fnb and I was paying my instalment by debit order. After 3 visits to a Southgate Store to changed my banking details those where eventually changed. But there was no deduction of a monthly instalment in month of June and July. I had to go to a store to make a payment. Previously my account was on a debit order and with bank details changing I instructed Edgars to ensure that I pay by debit order.

I went to Killarney Mall to pay for month of July and to ensure that this is corrected meaning I pay by a debit order. I spend 45 mins on a call with a Call Centre Agent to ensure this was corrected and she assured that this will not happen again.
This month (Aug) there was no deduction in my bank account technically I owe Edgars.
Is it difficult to ensure Edgars customers pay by a debit order?
If so then why do you have my bank details on my account?
Are you awe by listing me as a slow payer you are up my credit record?
