Musica-A World of DISAPPOINTMENT Awaits

I visited the Gateway store last week to get The Fast & Furious series. After checking their system they told me they didnt have ANY of them. I went to GAME and got ALL of them except the FIFTH. Went back to musica & asked if any of the other stores had a copy. Pavilion had one so they called, gave them my name & number & told them i would be coming on Friday to collect.

I left to get it on Friday & sat in 1 Hour 45 Minutes of traffic that morning to get to Pavilion as it is far from me & an accident occured on the freeway, got to the store to wait a further 20 minutes before anyone offered to help, just to be told... SORRY SIR WE SOLD IT. ARE YOU FREAKEN KIDDING ME!!!

Then i had to wait another 20 minutes while they cleared their QUEUE whereas I was there FIRST!!! I SHOULD OF BEEN PRIORITY CONSIDERING THE SITUATION!!! They then took down my name and number and promised to send it to Gateway as i was not going to drive so far again.

Got a call in 3 hours and was told to come fetch it from PAVILION TOMORROW! Told them to send it to Gateway and he said he would call back to confirm, GUESS WHAT, STILL WAITING FOR YOUR PHONE CALL while watching THE FIFTH ONE ON DVD RIGHT NOW!!!
