Poor service

I purchaed a fridge from Game Store in May 2013 they delivered in June 2013. The fridge is not working and I went to Game Store in the Pavilion on Thursday evening and they told me that they will have a technician come to my place on monday, They phone me to tell me that i need to fax a invoice and same thing happened the Tuesday so i asked them how long is it going to take them, they then told me that i need to contact Game Gateway i Spoke to the floor manager he went on to say that nothing has been logged and would then have to wait until Friday for it to be logged to the service provider. So it seems as though i have wasted my time and energy. All my food has now gone off and all i would like is my money back. I am surprised as to how a brand new appliance which is two months old could just stop working. I would like a full refund.
