Hi Marie. I can only give feedback once a supplier responds hence I had 2 write a new report..Here's my feedback 2 u.
I was contacted on the 12.07.13 by the store manager at ur request. He asked me 2 tell him what the compliant was about as he was not aware of it.
I did explain as per my compliant on HelloPeter.
He said she was new.
My comment is she is an Adult not a 5 year old who doesn't know how 2 liaise w/people unless she's been living in a closet all her life & has not been 2 school or the supermarket or the beach, etc. i.e socialised with the "world".
I was offered a whooping 10% of my next purchase. Eg. If I buy a CD for R79.00 or R99.00 - I get R7.90 or R9.90 off. Did u know when I buy bread from the garage it costs me R11.00?

We do live in a world where status & image hold the most importance. Mind u its only the Pavilion Musica that I have come across this kinda situation who was so blantant about it.
It was a hurtful experience & my personal decision is not 2 support a Store with such behaviour.
I hope this enlightens other readers & it will be their personal choice as well to/ or not support this kinda things occuring in this day & age.
