Game runs a promo starting on 7 Feb.
Following from previous experience I wait for a full 24 hours before going in store.
As usual I was informed that the stock had not arrived, not that it was sold out. A call back was not offered instead I had to request 1.
I then proceeded to call the Gateway and Citi View branches and was told that there would only be receiving stock next week and could not advise.
Furthermore, I was told that I would be contacted on the telephone number I submitted on the Callback Form. I have little faith in this as I was never called back when an item was out of stock in December.
It's time to stop duping the public, if there is a stock problem then don't advertise until stock is available!!!
