We bought a lounge suit from Coricraft Boksburg. Its just on 2 years, and the inner cushions are falling apart, literally falling apart. The stuffing is of such bad quality one would think its mere cotton wool. We contacted Coricraft, well to get service from there that's another experience in itself. They sent out an assessor, who did not even assess the lounge suit in full. We had o contact them to find out the progress on the complaint. Once again they said they would send out the assessor to come and do a thorough assessment. 2 weeks went by and no news or feedback. Today, we, once again phoned and were told that they would not be replacing anything. Note, how ''WE'' had to keep phoning and following up. So be prepared to replace your lounge suit after every 2 years, once the guarantee has lapsed, as this is the life span of a Coricraft lounge Suit. Not a good investment!
