This doesn't stick to guarantee rules, i bought a microwave in July which carries 2 years warranty on it, it got spoilt yesterday and decide to return it this morning, when i got there, this manager said the warranty only last for 14 days, and it is not stated on the receipt. the manager said it will take up to 6 weeks for me to get another one, which is not right and stupid. they lack skills in talking to customers, no manner of approach from the employee, the manager decided to call another manager and he decided to juts pass through me without saying anything even tho the manager said to him, this is the person complaining. i have nothing to warm my foods for 6 weeks, this is very unfair
