Incompetency of staff

I went to Edgars on the 05/12/2013 to make purchases. My card was giving me issues Emmanual managed to swipe my card. The sms from FNB comes through that the debit went off. I tell the consultant that the money went off my account and I showed him the sms. He says he did not get a printout and goes to finance and comes back and says that it did not go off, and he needs to debit again. He said, that it will reverse in the morning but if it is a problem, come to the shop with a bank statement and the invoice and they will reverse the transaction.
I go to Edgars on the 06/12/2013 and speak to the cashier and they say we should wait 24 hours.
I go to FNB on Saturday and they advised the transaction did go through.
I go in and speak to consultant and they call Talitha. She advises why dont the consultants let her know of these transactions? I then ask her if he did not come to her on Friday to confirm if it did go off and she said he did not.. She promised to sort this out by today. I call her today at 14:15 and says she has not even been to her office. If I did not pay Edgars, they will call me fast enough but if they owe you, they dont get back to you!!!
