Why am I paying for Vitality for no purpose?

So we decide to sign on to Vitality. My Husband and I are eating and living healthy and thought Vitality encourages such behaviour and actually reward it. Awesome! Or so we thought

We are yet to receive our Pick n Pay cards, which can save you up to 25% on healthy foods bought.
We are now 5 weeks into waiting. I called them close on three weeks after ordering the card.
They told me to wait until the end of the week. (They promise to deliver the card within 2 to 3 weeks)
Nothing, again.
I ordered the cards on 22 July. it is now the 26th of August.
I call the call centre and they cannot really say why it has not been delivered.
They say they have to re order. But they cannot tell me when it will be delivered because it get's ordered from a company in Cape Town. Like why do I care? Make a plan and get it to me!
So I ask to speak to a Manager, and low and behold, not one Manager available? Do they all knock off at 4pm or what?

I waited for about 5 minutes before I could be told that no one was available, but they could relay a message that it can be couriered within 2 to 5 working days. Who told her that? A Manager that doesn't want to speak to their customers?

Shocking service.
