Staff not Trained Accordingly

Question:
1 - What company hires an employee to work for them and not train them accordingly?
2 - Why is the un-trained employee put in a sector where he is forced to deal with client?
3 - Why does the employee says that the item can take from 7 to 14 working days to get the item back from repairs?
4 - why does the manager has a different story, where in one he says, it can take up to a minimum of 3 month (Say What?) to get it back, and he is un-able to tell how long it might take?
5 - Why can the manager not stick to one subject, then try to justify himself and by jumping from subject to subject?
6 - Why do Employees don't have a name tag, what is it that Makro trying to hide.
7 - Why is it that when an item is bought and an employee is helping a client, they don't always mention the Warranty / Guarantee of the item purchased?
I came to think that Makro had a good service, but after the ordeal I had I am starting to think otherwise.
I just hope that the answers I get, is worth it. As at this time i am unsatisfied with the service I got. If this should continue, I will differently put a word out there to say what pathetic service Makro has been giving the clients.
