Sunday 6 October I took my bakkie to Total Cashan for a wash. After the wash I realised that my USB stick and 2 packets of chappies was gone. I Called the manager and she took my details with a promise that the owner will call ma about the case. I made it clear that I don't want the items back as I know it was at own risk but just to report the case to them to handle. - 1 week went by and no response from them. I passed the Total and decided to stop and ask. Again the manager promised me that the owner will phone me. 2 weeks later and still waiting!!! In the past some items have also been but I didn't report it as it was at own risk.
Items was a camera, Money, USB Stick and chappies.. After reading about a similar case at the same car wash I decided to post this statement here because it doesn't seem as if this Company is serious about Customer service...
