I have been waiting for a very long time for African Bank and Beares to close this furniture loan account on my name. I cancelled in the first place because of your lack of customer care. Now I cant even go on with my life because African Bank refused to cancel an account of the furniture that I do not even have. Just please close that account and send me a confimartion before the end of the day. I have had it with both Beares and African bank, my next email is going to the Ombudsman.
