I went to Beares in Arcadia to buy a fridge and a washing machine on credit. I explained to Willeminia from the beggining that I would also like to have a personal loan. I had to phone her several times after that to ask for feedback because she would never phone me and give me update. After a few days she told me I had been approved for the credit of R38000.I went to the store signed the papers. She didnt bother telling Rose that I also needed a personal loan. When I enquired about this, Rose gave me attitude and told me she wants me to take furniture not money. They should do what the customer wants, not what they want! As a result they had to reverse my application and redo it and it was declined for a personal loan. Now they blame it on the system, when they never did it in the first place. On top of that I have been waiting for the fridge to be delivered. Whenever I call she tells me she will call me back, and that's where it ends. The advert also shows free handy andy and omo coupons.
