In 2011, i lost an identity document and had to make a new one. in 2012 i bought a new furniture at Furniture City and i found out that there is someone who open an account at African Bank with my Identity Document. The person applied for a Loan and Credit Card under my name. Now African Bank wants me to pay the accounts that i don't know nothing about except the furniture which i know of. Last year December 2012 i was retrench and i supplied African Bank with the right documents that they requested from me about my retrenched and of which i did and i was told that my furniture account will be written off by insurance. But now I'm getting calls that i need to pay for Loan, Credit Card and furniture. I keep telling them i don't know anything about Loan and Credit Card. I cant pay the furniture anymore cause I'm not working, that's why i submitted the documents they wanted so that my furniture account can be written off. To make things worse i was given a name and address of the person who open the account as well as the consultant that helped this person to open the account at African Bank.
I need you help :(
