Total disregard for the needs/ requests of client

We ordered goods from Wetherlys Centurion branch and was promised regular updated and further that our goods will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. We confirm that after 5 weeks we contacted the store to request a delivery date, with no response. We then contacted the head office and store via e-mail on numerous occasions, who advised that the goods will most likely take 8 weeks and will be delivered by middle December 2013 or end December 2013. We lodged a complaint, and the same response was received. It is now almost 8 weeks, and still we received no call to give us an indication as to when our goods will be delivered. We are very disappointed with Wetherlys and their total disregard for the needs and requests of their customers. The best part... we paid in full the day of purchase!!!
