In January i bought Furniture and only receved my Furniture in the middle of Februrary, a couple of days before the debit order day. Only to find out that they had not delivered all my furniture, i called in to find out what happend with the other furniture and gave me a long story about the warehouse fair enough but i was not going to pay a full amount while some of my furniture was missing, I also explained that the the couple of goods that they have delivered are damaged, Mathapo told me she will log it and they will come fix it. The rest of my goods were delivered just a couple of days before the 25th my debit order date. Mathapo told me that i should tell the guys that come to deliver about the damage goods, well they also could not help because the store did not inform them about anything and had to rush for another delivery. I have spoken to so many people regarding my damaged goods and still no help. Mathapo has not been helpfull at all one time she will promise me to call me back and she would not. Upto this day am paying for damaged goods.
