I was paying my goods and the lady looked so fed up, she didn't even greet me, I then gave her a voucher that's printed in the till slip and she asked me with a very bad attitude what she must do with the slip, I then said she must read because as far as I know she should be clued up about her company promos, she then said "you did use your smart shopper so whatever is on the slip will automatically be done and I had to tell her that she has to scan the voucher, I don't get this at all, she was so fed up with everything and it was like I had to beg for proper service, this is unacceptable n Pick n Pay must please train the staff properly because last month I was in Greenacres and the cashier there also didn't know what to do with the voucher.
