Too much trouble to print another receipt

On 31/08/2013 I went to Clicks Trade route mall to buy airtime I paid took my receipts and left. When I got home later that evening I checked my slips and the slip for my airtime was not there and that's when I realized that the cashier never gave it to me. I went back twice but Again the cashier was not there and the managers could not seem to do anything to help me. I went back again on Friday 06/09/2013 and eventually spoke to the cashier whose name is Phostina. I explained my story and said that this is the 3rd time that I had come to get my R55 airtime voucher. She told me that she doesn't give the till slip with the airtime slip together and I said that that was the only slip she gave me. She was so rude to me and said 3 times that I wasn't listening to her and that I must have lost the slip, which I know I didn't. Then another supervisor who actually had enough common sense to check whether the airtime was loaded came to help. So it was confirmed that the voucher wasn't loaded but its against clicks policy to reprint receipts. So I still left without my airtime and not very happy. Thanks for helping me waste my money at your store. I won't be back there anytime soon.
