IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE I WROTE A REPORT ABOUT MY PHONE THAT FOSCHINI CELLPHONE DEPARTMENT IN SANDTON HAS WITHELD FROM ME FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS NOW, I HAVE NO PHONE, I HAVE NO TEMPORARY PHONE, I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM THE RELEVANT HEAD OFFICE STAFF THAT GRANT SAID WOULD CALLL ME.
THIS JUST PROVES TO ME THAT THE ABUSE I HAVE BEEN GETTING FROM THE SANDTON STAFF IS HAPPENING BECAUSE THE HEAD OFFICE ALLOWS IT! I HAVE NO REPLACEMENT PHONE YET THERE IS A PHONE THAT THE SANDTON STAFF BROKE SITTING IN THE STORE. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I MUST DO TO GET THE SERVICE I DESERVE?
