On the 24th of October 2013 someone tried to open an account on my ID.
Thanks to the company RCS I was made aware of this. Foschini on the other hand did not to a proper credit check and approved the account.
I called Foschini head office on Friday the 25th of October making them aware and they cancelled the account.
I have had no response from Foschini after writing to them on the 26th of October regarding the that took place.
I would like to be updated on the situation.
I also require a letterhead from Foschini stating the attempt of for SAFPS.
