FOSCHINI POOR SERVICE DELIVERY..AGAIN!!

2012 i purchased a blackberry 8520 at the foschini store in sandton - value of R1, 849.00. It gave me problems in the month of September 2013 when the buttons were stuck, i took it to foschini in sandton - they claimed they will send the phone to vodacom for repairs-MY ONLY REQUEST WAS FOR THEM TO SAVE THE DATA ON MY PHONE THEY THEN SAID I SHOULD BRING R6 CD TO THEM. After waiting a month for my phone andre said my data had all been wiped out and Livhuwani insisted she told them to back the data up at vodacom (Andres only comment was that its a lesson learnt for next time)
we realiseD there is no network on the fone, we return the phone back to the store- andre admits that he noticed there was no network too..he says he will take the phone to the home of blackberry (NOT TO THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE WHO DID THE REPAIRS ON THE TRACKPAD AT VODACOM-WHY?)
Andre says he will take this matter in his own hands-he will organise me a temporary phone as i have been incovinced & uncontatcable for the past month and half. 2weeks passed with no contact from andre-vodacom calls and says the phone has ink damage and offering a fone of R800.
I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED WITH THE SAME PRICE OF MY PHONE!!
