I ordered the gobii ebook from kalahari on the 2nd of December. It was marked as a 24hour delivery. After payment it was stated delivery will be on the 5th of December. Everything still good. Nothing happened on the 5th. Today, the 6th of December I called them and they promised me it will be delivered before 17h00. Again nothing. When I phoned again now, they are telling me sorry it won't be delivered today.
Tomorrow I'm going on holiday and I bought it for my wife to read during the trip. Now I won't be able to collect it anyway. This is unacceptable bad service.
