I get my yearly ITC record and lo and behold Foschini's incompetent finance department has listed me as having an unpaid account of 150 days... round of applause... I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH FOSCHINI. The account I had was closed off months ago but I guess Foschini being bitter has decided that I cannot leave their group without a bitter tatse in my mouth so they will negatively impair my credit rating.
I spent 3hrs today trying to get hold of someone at Foschini but to no avail. Can someone please call me and sort this out TODAY STILL!
