I received my Kindle Paperwhite for my birthday on 14 November.
2 days ago it froze up entirely - all it shows is the home screen with the constantly revolving boot-up symbol. I've been on all the forums, tried all the suggestions but nothing will fix the problem.
This morning my husband went to return the Kindle at Incredible Connection - who refused to replace it and said we need to deal with Amazon in the USA directly!! How can Incredible Connection sell us a product, but not replace it when faulty?? This is not only unfair but is surely not in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act? Please help.
