After almost a year of appauling service from Foschini Cresta Mall and Head Office Card Divison I finally received great service at Pavillion Foschini. I received a secondary card on the spot on 30 December, the staff member named Dru was very helpful and professional and managed to get me a card that I had been waiting for, for almost a year.
To think I had to travel to Durban to get what I could not get in one of the biggest stores in Joburg and Head Office is a disgrace. Even after complaining and begging nothing happened even corresponding with a Head office staff member named Jacqueline and even sending her what she asked me to send to her, she ended up being no help at all.
Thank you to Pavillion Foschini and Dru. Even the professionalism by other staff members at Pavillion is noted. The lines were faster and they all had smiles on their faces.
