I got a phone from Edgars in August 2013. they did not register my phone (white wash). My handbag was and i phoned MTN to block (blacklist) my phone and they told me that my phone was not registered on the network (white wash) and it was supposed to be Edgars responsibility. Now i cannot put a claim for insurance.
