First I want to advise you to either never buy anything form Edgars or a Levi jean, seeing that either Edgars have fake brands or Levi is a jean. I bought myself a Levi jean in August '12 thinking that it is a Levi jean and it costs R 700 it would be a awesome jean and made of good material. I guess I was wrong, in May '13 the jean split in the middle saying to me that it was inferior material (I am not over weight I wear a size 36 and weight 92 Kg and I am 21 Years of age). After the first wash it faded in color and between the legs where the jean is sewn together the material is literally coming loose. So I phoned Edgars and spoke to a "Manager" with the name Simongele. She apparently sent it in for stress testing at Levi which took 3 weeks. After that whole process she told me basically its not Levis problem and seeing that I have no proof that it was bought at Edgars they won't take responsibility for it. I went back to fetch my jean (this is about the 3rd time I went there and she is always on leave and when I phone at 10:30am she hasn't arrived at work yet) and a guy helped me, after about 20min he pulled it out of the "HANGER BOX" behind the counter so it was never sent
