My husband and I bought a Lumia 520 last year August from Edgars Fourways, the screen cracked and i send it in on insurance to get it fixed at the branch in Cresta. Date was beginning november 2013, they told me it would take three weeks then they will contact me to collect the phone. January came, and no call from them. so i decided to go to Edgars in Cresta, just so they tell us that my phone is not on Insurance. So they kept the phone without notifying me of this problem, further more my phone is not fixed. I told them we asked them to change the insurance to the new phones which Edgars Fourways never did. Cresta phoned me a week later to let me know i can collect the phone. They instructed us to take the phone back to Fourways witch we did, we sorted out the Insurance problem with the branch witch is responsible. So three weeks passed and my phone is still not fixed. I'm not happy. They don't phone us to let us know whats happening we must phone them! The same with Cresta. So must i wait another month for my phone or will something be done about it because i had enough.
