Hi

I have an Edgars account that is billed for two cell phone insurance

This weekend when i went to claim for one of the phones at edgars midrand they told me the can only see one been active and they did confirm that i paying for two but the is just one phone active

Can somebody from edgars please activate the other phone and also advice me what will happen with the premiums i have been paying because i know for a fact that they were not gonna pay for my claim if i had claimed for the other phone which is not active but i am paying for.

I was told that i will get a call today but i haven't got one.
