Bought a washing machine from game store a month ago, use it once it started making funny sounds. As the machine is under warranty & gurantee i returned it to the store and i was told to wait for a technician to assess it before it can be returned. Its been 4 weeks and no one has come, all effort to get my problem sorted have fallen on deaf ears. Gurantee will soon lapse
