I purchased a Defy 8Kg machine on the 23 September at Game Southgate.
When we tried to use the machine we discovered that it was damaged. I immediately reported the matter to Joyce (the consultant who assisted me at Game) who in turn contacted the warehouse. A repairman was sent to check the machine and confirmed that it was indeed damaged. Since the machine was brand new, I insisted on another machine as opposed to a "repaired model". I have been in contact with Joyce and have visited the store on numerous occasions and have still not received a machine. My CVD no is 652 7082.
Selling damaged goods and then not availing stock after advertising must be against the CPA???
