Secend report about a cellphone bought in jet store Katlehong, I'm not happy with a service that I receive in chriss hani and katlehong as they tell me that they want to book a assesment and repairs for my cellphone that was bought on 27 november and a problem was reported within 7 days, how can I bought a new cellphone and accept 2 keep it after being taken 4 repairs in less than a 2 weeks, I'm sick and tired of doing up and down and it cost me money and my time, now I don't need that cell phone any more as I now see that its going to give me problem and they even tell me that myb if I can contact vodacom as cellphone does not belong to edcon as they only cell it.
