I wasn't feeling well and decided that I would use the Woolworths Online shopping so that I wouldn't have to go into the shops. What a disaster. I received the order on time, BUT there was only half the order. Secondly some of the cold chain items arrived warm and in the case of one of them smelling bad. There was no ice and what ice packs there were had melted. Thirdly, what is the point of ordering online when one has to go and get the remainder of the items from a shop anyway!!! Try and get through to the Call centre to ask for assistance and tell them what happened - impossible!!! I tried twice and waited 10 minutes each time. I sent 4 emails - they replied 72 hours later!!! Then one has no idea whether they will reverse the items that were not delivered and I am stuck with the smelly items that weren't chilled and have to throw them away, because clearly they can't be cooked. Also do I then pay for this???
