Good day i made a purchase of a bed at sleepmasters, delivery of bed was supposed to be 16 November 2023 - the delivery guy was very unprofessional he could not deliver the bed i rescheduled it for 20th of November 2023 - No delivery was made also - I went to the SleepMasters store at Centurion mall where i bought the bed they called the delivery guy to ask where the bed is he says the store manager must call the warehouse - I followed up again and i was told they dont know what is happening with the bed and they dont have answers - I am so frustrated and just want my refund at this point
