Woolworths Online Shopping a shocking experience

I am TOTALLY unhappy with the online shopping experience I had so far...
* The delivery never arrived during the stated time on Saturday and I did not get advance notification of the fact and stayed at home waiting for my order.
* After 1pm on Saturday I called the call centre and after holding for about 30 minutes I was told the order was delayed due to outstanding items
* I then got a mail on Sunday stating that there is a delay on the order
* On Monday I got a mail that 4 of the 8 items order are no longer available.
* I then called back on Monday requesting substitutes, as already indicated in my order, or a call back regarding possible substitutes
* Today we have Wednesday (a week since I placed my online order) no feedback since Monday. Called the call centre again held for 30 minutes and spoke to somebody and the lady told me to hold, which I did for another 20 minutes (total holding time of 50 minutes) and then the call was cut off on Woolworths side.
* Just cancelled my order and will get all my gifts form a different supplier as Woolworths does not seem to want the business...
