Woolworths online shopping incompetance

I ordered several items on Woolworths online shopping. Firstly half the items didn't arrive. Surely they try source the items from various branches. This resulted in me having to get the items myself. Secondly and more importantly one of the items came with a security tag on. I have contacted the call centre about four times. Each time i get told that someone will get back to me. This went on for a few days. Someone finally called me back and promised that they would take back the item with the security tag but they don't have the same item in stock anymore. This was meant to be a gift for twins, hence i needed a matching outfit. I am still waiting for Woolworths to come collect the item. Whoever the personal shoppers are should be approached about this poor service and Woolworths themselves for their terrible service at the call centres.

I have paid for delivery, have had half the items not arrive and am still waiting for the item to be collected and i refuse to call and wait at the call centre again.
