I placed an order on the 27Oct. On the 28Oct, I received a call from the WW Pavillion store stating that they do not have all the items & that they are subject to availability. I told the guy that I want those items and he must check in all WW stores throughout the country for those items. My understanding is that Online shopping is created for people who require items but don't have time to go get them & also it ensures customers are able to purchase all they really require or need. They are advertising for items that the stores itself don't have stock. Should they not mention were those items are available only? After 3 weeks (I contacted them) I am told they don't have stock! Note each time you phone you have to wait? 12 min before the incompetent take your call. They NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE & EFFICENCY. I think WW online shopping and is not useful. WOOLWORTHS really needs to define what is the aim of creating an online shopping website & see if they can meet those aims. In my opinion they don't & I can def tell you that I would never buy anything from them online My first time experience with WW online shopping was an unrewarding!
