I placed an online order yesterday for groceries and it came at absolutely no surprise when I received a call this morning to inform me that at least 3 of the items I ordered were not in stock! Seriously?? Someone should sort out your online ordering system as this is the second time that I have most of the items I am trying to order being - OUT OF STOCK!! Delivery for over R700 is free so I ordered a total of R702.29 - but when the tele-sales called this morning and had already changed 3 of the basic items I decided to save myself the trouble and cancel the ENTIRE order. Well done Woolworths - I am sure you can afford to have plenty more orders cancelled due to your pathetic incompetent online ordering system!
