Inefficiency, lack of communication and delivery

We ordered a L-shaped couch set in September 2012. It arrived 6 weeks later in such a bad state that I sent it straight back to Rochester. A replacement set was ordered in the first week of November. Now, 12 weeks later, it has still not arrived and I have had no communication from Rochester, Stoneridge, about the status of this order or apologising for the delays. It also has to be noted that this couch set has been paid for, in FULL. Despite having been lent a set from Rochester's floor for the Christmas period, which arrived dirty and with one leg broken, I want the set that I have paid for. The staff at Rochester are very polite in their direct dealings with customers, but unfortunately they cannot deliver.
