We bought a lounge suite from Rochester in Feb 2012, it finally arrived for us to use in May 2012. I have been complaining about it for more than 13 months now and have been dealing with Darian at the head office suggestions/complaints department with NO results. He has promised to get back to me on numerous occasions but that is only another broken promise yet again by Rochester. I am sick to death of this situation but will not leave it until it is dealt with - to my satisfaction. It is unbelievable that they will allow an unhappy customer to keep reporting them for 13 months! Just deal with the issues Rochester and make it and me - go away! Simple really!!
