ONE YEAR ON, STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY

I ordered and paid for a dresser unit back in June 2012 and i am still waiting for a result. After 8 weeks i was informed that the order had been damaged as the mirror had been broken, so it would be another 2 weeks. It arrived without a mirror and a drawer was faulty, so it was returned to Rochester. A replacement was to be ordered which would be another 8 weeks. The very same unit came back 8 weeks later with no mirror and a faulty drawer, nothing had been done.
A replacement unit was to be ordered taking another 8 weeks or more now that it was getting near christmas and factory closures. I phoned in March 2013 to monitor progress, if any, and i was told that it arrived but was the wrong colour. A replacement was to be ordered which would be a few more weeks. I was told delivery was to be end of April 2013 but the event never took place. I phoned to find out that Rochester could not understand why it had not been delivered. It eventually arrived and it was Ebony and it had a mirror but alas it had been damaged by a loose piece of furniture smashing into the back of it. It was returned to Rochester. Since then i have phoned leaving messages but no one has ever come back to me.
